This 3-star-Superior hotel is an Art Nouveau villa situated directly on the beach promenade in Zinnowitz.

Some rooms have views of either the Baltic Sea or the forests of the Usedom Nature Park.

Buffet breakfast is available either on the terrace. Restaurant & Cafe Meereswarte offers ice-cream, coffee and baked treats from the hotel's patisserie during the day. The evening features a drink in the Sinatra Bar with sea views.

Guests are welcome to use the swimming pool, sauna and steam bath , free of charge. You can also have a massage or beauty treatment for an extra charge. A free tennis court is also provided.

Guests are provided free entrance to the sea-water pool at the Bernsteintherme Zinnowitz spa as well as a discount to the sauna and thermal baths.
