Located right in front of the shore, guests at Ibusuki Phoenix Hotel can enjoy "Sunamushi" sand hot-spring baths and request for relaxing massages. An outdoor swimming pool is available during the summer and indoor/outdoor public hot-spring baths are featured all year long. Free WiFi is available at the lobby and front desk area and guest room, and JR Ibusuki Train Station is a 10-minute drive away.

The air-conditioned rooms feature ocean views, tatami (woven-straw) floors and Japanese futon bedding. Each comes with an en suite bathroom, a flat-screen TV, a fridge and an electric kettle. Yukata robes and slippers are provided for all guests. All guest rooms include a hot springs bath.

Guests can shop for local gifts at the souvenir shop. bicycle rentals services are provided at the front desk. Karaoke bar are available, and guests can request to use private hot-spring baths.

Traditional multi-courses and Japanese set menus are served at the dining room. There is a Japanese-style restaurant on site where guests can enjoy local shochu liquor.the restaurant is only reservation.
